Silver Medal Winners: Greater Philadelphia Social Innovation Award

This week, The Community Grocer was awarded the silver medal in the Healthy Food Access category for the 2023 Greater Philadelphia Social Innovation Awards. This recognition praises TCG as an innovative model providing affordable, accessible, and healthy food and improving the Greater Philadelphia area.

The 2023 Greater Philadelphia Social Innovations Awards celebrates the region’s most passionate innovators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who are developing new practices while embracing tried-and-true traditions to support thriving communities. This year’s awards, “Achieving a More Just Society,” recognizes organic leadership who re-envision the challenges that communities face and find innovative solutions to reshape communities to bring everyone forward to a more equitable and inclusive tomorrow – today.
